Experience:
Mr. Pinks is primarily responsible for the origination of carve-out transactions across the Industrials sector, with a particular focus on Paper & Packaging, Chemicals, Aerospace and Defence, Building Products, Capital Goods, Metals & Mining and Industrial Services.
Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Pinks was a Principal at Aurelius, focused on European and North American Industrial carve-outs.
Education:
Mr. Pinks holds a Bachelors Degree in Business, Mathematics and Statistics and a Masters Degree in Finance, both from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
