Experience:

Mr. Plenecassagne is an Associate based in OpenGate Capital’s Paris office, where he supports due diligence and transaction execution across the firm’s European investments. Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Plenecassagne worked for 3+ years as an investment banker in the Chemicals & Materials team at Piper Sandler in London, where he executed large-cap transactions and was involved in financial modelling, due diligence coordination and preparation of transaction materials. Previously, he completed investment banking internships at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking within the Industrials team, and at PwC Corporate Finance in Paris. He also gained operational finance experience at Sanofi Group.

Education: 

Mr. Plenecassagne holds an Advanced Master in Finance from ESCP Business School, and a Master in Management and MSc in Financial Markets & Investments from SKEMA Business School.
