Experience:
Mr. Menon is a Principal and is a member of the firm’s operations team where he helps oversee operations for the firm’s North American portfolio of businesses and provides operations support to the firm’s M&A team on transactions across the Americas.
Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Menon worked as a Vice President at Kelso & Company where he partnered with portfolio company management teams to identify and execute measurable EBITDA improvements. Mr. Menon was also previously an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman where he led growth strategy, salesforce effectiveness and operational improvement initiatives for middle market and large companies.
Education:
Mr. Menon graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction, and concentrations in Finance and Management.
