Experience:
Mr. Keshian is a Managing Director at OpenGate Capital where he is responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management of the firm’s North American investments.
Mr. Keshian leads OpenGate's North American investments in Aerospace & Defense, Government Services, Industrial Technology, and Industrial Services with shared responsibility for Diversified Industrials.
Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Keshian was a Principal with H.I.G. Capital and during his five-year tenure, he led all aspects of the investment process including origination, diligence, transaction structuring, and value creation planning for platform and add-on investment opportunities. Mr. Keshian’s broad experience includes transactions in aerospace & defense, government services, industrial technology, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, and business services.
Education:
Mr. Keshian earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University where he was a Benjamin N. Duke Scholar.
