Mr. Geiger is a Principal at OpenGate Capital and is responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management of the firm’s North American investments.
Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Geiger was part of the M&A execution team at Platinum Equity. During his five-year tenure at Platinum, he worked across the firm’s mid and small cap deals, participating through the entire lifecycle of an investment, from initial evaluation through execution, portfolio company operations, and governance. Prior to joining Platinum, Mr. Geiger was an investment banking analyst at DBO Partners (since acquired by Piper Sandler), in San Franciso.
Education
Mr. Geiger earned a Bachelor of Arts with a Concentration in Literary Arts and Economics from Brown University.
