LOS ANGELES – March 15, 2005 – K4P Systems Ltd, a UK based technology and IT Services company, has acquired Morse France from OpenGate Capital LLC, the companies announced today. Financial terms were not disclosed. Morse France is a leading provider of IT sales and services throughout France, Switzerland and the Benelux region. OpenGate Capital is a privately held principal investment firm based in Beverly Hills, California.
