Hamilton Scientific Purchases Gibson Associates of Sudbury

DE PERE, WI and SUDBURY, MA – July 1, 2013 – Hamilton Scientific, a leader in laboratory furniture, fume hoods for education and health care and industrial markets, is proud to announce on June 28, 2013 the purchased assets of Gibson Associates of Sudbury. The seller, Gibson Associates of Sudbury, a family owned and operated business specializes in laboratory furniture and fume hood suppliers in the six-state New England. The business has been renamed Laboratory Solutions of New England. No financial terms were disclosed.

Laboratory Solutions of New England is the top supplier of laboratory furniture and fume hoods for the New England region (Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Vermont). Laboratory Solutions of New England also offers a wide-ranging line of laboratory casework (fume hoods, flexible systems, table systems, fixtures and accessories – and with full-service design and installation capabilities). Their business employs approximately 50 skilled individuals with expertise and knowledge in any project.
