Ms. Thornton is an Associate at OpenGate Capital and assists in due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Prior to OpenGate, she was an Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst and Young in San Francisco. During her time there, she participated in the financial due diligence process for private equity and corporate clients as well as performed year end audits and quarterly reviews for a variety of public and private clients. She holds an active CPA license. Ms. Thornton received her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California.
